Payment & Booking Policy
To make a reservation, first, send us a booking request. Once your booking is approved, you will receive an invoice. All prices include GST. Proceed with payment within two days since you receive an invoice. Little Garden Kitchen accepts payments through the website using Stripe for added security. Stripe accepts all major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro). Once we receive your payment, your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse the booking. We may cancel your booking if we can’t confirm your payment within two days since you receive an invoice.
Little Garden Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning Little Garden Kitchen. If a class has been canceled due to the teacher's sickness or any other matter regarding Little Garden Kitchen, we will notify you as soon as possible before the class starts, and the option to reschedule to another date or full refunds is provided. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, you must contact us via email or website. Free cancellation or rescheduling your classes as long as we have been notified 10 days prior. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation between 10 days and 72 hours prior to the class, you will receive a 50% refund/credit. No refund/credit will be given for the cancellation or rescheduling of your booking 72 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued due to illness or missed class or late attendance or your internet connection (online class).
Little Garden Kitchen cannot or will not be held liable for a human error of any kind relating to this booking order. All correspondence relating to this booking order will be sent to the email address you have supplied or to your log-in page. Little Garden Kitchen is not responsible and cannot be held liable for you not receiving or reading such correspondence. You have no right to claim beyond our booking & cancellation policy once your booking and payment have been confirmed.
Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
