A guest who is serving vegetable Tempura

“My friend and I had an amazing cooking the vegan shojin ryori dishes with Yoko. The food was so good, that my friend and I recreated one of the dishes that night for dinner. Yoko was kind enough to share her homemade umeboshi, shoyu-mugikoji with us which were ridiculously tasty and definitely took the meal to the next level. Some of the veggies were harvested straight from her garden as well. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Yoko!!"

“The cooking class per zoom with Yoko was great. She send me the grocery list, list of tools needed as well as the recipes beforehand so I cold prepare well. At the actual session her instructions were very clear and some things she demonstrated and I cooked them after her and got her feedback and could ask questions. Yoko was very patient and friendly. The food was delicious and I felt confident cooking the recipes a few days later on my own. Do try her class!”
