Additionally, when you make a booking or attempt to make a booking through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, address (country and state or province or city of your residence), phone number, food allergy, and payment information (including credit card numbers and debit card numbers*). We refer to this information as “Booking Information.” 

 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Booking Information.

 

*credit card numbers and debit card numbers: Little Garden Kitchen doesn’t directly collect and store the information of your credit card and debit card. All payments are transacted online through Stripe for added security. 

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Booking Information that we collect generally to fulfill any bookings placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for classes, and providing you with invoices and/or booking confirmations). Additionally, we will use this Booking Information to (a) communicate with you, (b) screen our bookings for potential risk or fraud, and (c) provide you with information or advertising relating to our new services or our services you may be interested in.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to optimize and assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

How do we store and share your personal information?

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we are hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data retention

When you place a booking through the Site, we will maintain your Booking Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. If you don't want us to process your data anymore, please contact us by e-mail at contact@littlegardenkitchen.com or contact page.

Age of consent and child privacy

By using the service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this service. In addition, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information on this Website.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
